Simplicity

Unlike many tradeshows, the DISTREE exhibition area is low key affair. No enormous stands, legions of support staff or mascots - just a simple stand set up along with the products and key members of staff from the brands represented. For exhibitors, the stands are built in advance and part of the package, so no need to spend hours planning your expensive stand design and set up.

Every delegate at DISTREE is allocated a personal account that enables them to build their own agenda, and access essential resources to maximise their time onsite at the event. Accessible online or via the DISTREE app, delegates can pre-schedule meetings, register for workshops and follow the online checklist to ensure pre-event preparation goes without a hitch.

60% of the agenda is dedicated to face to face meetings between exhibitors and attendees. With so much time allocated to organised discussions, delegates attending DISTREE can focus on meeting potential customers and getting 'hands on' with the latest tech.

Pre-Scheduled Meetings 

 

30 minutes long and pre-scheduled in advance, this is one of the most effective ways to interact directly with your customers and suppliers. The pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings offer incredible value to delegates and this is why

more than half of your time is dedicated to

these sessions.

 

Thanks to our sophisticated web-planning tool, all of exhibitor and attendee meetings are carefully planned, scheduled and optimised prior to your arrival at the event. Through your online DISTREE account, you will have access to all exhibitor or attendee profiles, allowing you to schedule your one-on-one meetings accordingly.

 

The on-site DISTREE team ensures that meetings take place on time. Full service support is available to participants should the need to re-schedule a meeting arise. At last year's DISTREE APAC event, more than 1,000 one-on-one meetings took place over 3 days.
